Hello friends! Can you believe it's almost Father's Day? This time last year, I was in full wedding mode with my daughter's wedding. Thankfully that's all over because this weekend is supposed to be the hottest weekend so far! Well we will have a quiet little celebration for my husband on Sunday. So I got busy making some Father's Day cards. I got out some supplies that I have had for a long time and have never used.
Here is my card.....
This was a pretty simple card to create. I took my color combo from the plaid paper. I love these papers from Lawn Fawn. There is two different plaids in every color in the paper pad. I used the circle and star dies to create interest. I used some StickIt! adhesive on the back of the white cardstock so it was easy to adhere the letters down. I stamped the sentiment onto a strip of white and cut the banner ends. I used foam tape and 3d foam squares to adhere things down. I think my husband will really like this! Now I have to get it to my girls so they can sign it!
Try to stay cool this weekend!
