Hello friends! Do you get a monthly card kit? I have gotten a few of them over the years. I really love getting kits because you get a variety of stuff that matches and gives you a chance to try some stuff that maybe I wouldn't have tried. Well I received a really cool subscription box from Crafter's Companion to make a few samples for the next crafty day on HSN (Home Shopping Network).
It came in this cute box......
Here is what is included in the box......
There are alot of supplies in this one box. So far I have created 8 cards and there is still so much supplies left! I love that there are card blanks and envelopes included! You can sign up for this subscription box on HSN (Home Shopping Network) on March 5. This was a lot of fun to work with!
Here is my first card.......
Using the circle dies included in the kit (scalloped and stitched circles), I die cut some of the patterned paper and adhered the circles into place. I die cut two circles and just cut them to fit on the front panel of the card. I stamped the flower image onto some Spectrum Noir Ultra Smooth Premium White cardstock (not included) and colored the flowers with my new Spectrum Noir Tri-Blend markers. I fussy cut the flowers and adhered them to the front panel using some 3d foam squares. I stamped the sentiment and added ribbon, pearls and such to complete the card.
Here is my second card......
This one was pretty easy. I just die cut the scalloped circle from the patterned paper and then die cut the center of the circle to make it a frame. I stamped the sentiment and added the pearls, ribbon, more patterned paper. The patterned paper, colored cardstock, pearls, ribbon and card base all came in the kit. For most of the cards I have created so far, I have added some Spectrum Noir Ultra Smooth Premium White cardstock.
I really have enjoyed working with this kit and have so many ideas to share!
