Coffee & Tea Make Great Cards!

Hello friends.  Happy Spring!  I was so glad to see the date on the calendar meant that it was the first day of Spring.  Even though the weather here in Missouri can be so chaotic, I am confident that the worst is behind us....or I just jinxed it all!  LOL 

Here is a card I created using the February Simon Says Stamp Monthly Kit.  I love the images and the colors of this kit.  So much fun to create and that is really the bottom line, isn't it?  I think we all create to have fun and relieve the stress of daily life.  So I found a card sketch on Pinterest and made a couple of cards using the cute supplies from the kit.

The patterned paper is from Doodlebug Designs.  The matching stickers were included in the kit along with the pink cardstock.  I love the color combo, don't you ?  Here is another card using the same supplies, I just used a different stamp from the set that was included in the kit.

I also used a new favorite set of dies from Simon Says Stamp.  It's called Scallop Stitches and it includes three different edge dies.  Love it!  The stamp set is called Coffee and Tea set.  It pairs perfectly with the Doodlebug Designs 6x6 paper pad called Cream & Sugar.  So far there hasn't been a Doodlebug Designs paper pad that I don't love.....it's an issue that's for sure!  LOL

I am actually mailing these cards out to some friends.  I know, it's a miracle.  I have envelopes and stamps at the same time!  I hope they love the cards and they bring a smile the their faces.
