Hello friends! Can you believe that next week is Thanksgiving? It's kinda hard to believe here at my house because today it was 83 degrees! I live in Missouri and I know the weather can be unpredictable but this is just weird. Of course the weatherman tells us that this weekend it will be alot colder and we may even have snow flurries. Well, sign me up for a cold....right? LOL
Today I have a couple of cards to share with you that are quick and easy to create plus the will not require extra postage. You know that is always a plus for me.
Here is version one of this card.....
Both of these card are A2 cards (4 1/4 x 5 1/2"). I used supplies from the newly released Signature Collection by Sara Davies - Contemporary Christmas to create both of the cards. The 6x6 paper pad has 3 sheets of 16 different patterns, all with the same colors - blue, teal, purples and greens. I love the color combos and especially love the snowflake dies in this collection.
Here is another version of the same card!
I hand-cut the banner edge on the strips of paper. Using the patterned paper in this way, really stretches the paper. I created 12 of each of these cards using the 3 sheets of patterned paper. There are many combos you could come up with in this patterned paper, too. I am not big on making alot of the same card, so this was perfect for me!
Here are the supplies I used to create these two cards.....
