Hello Friends! Today I have a Heartfelt Creations project to share with you. I created a 12 x 12 layout with the Everyday Heroes Collection. This collection is a more masculine collection from Heartfelt Creations but I used it to create a very girly layout of my youngest daughter.
Products Used:
Everyday Heroes Paper Collection
Botanical Rose Cling Stamp Set
Open Leaf Cling Stamp Set
Everyday Hero Newsprint Cling Stamp Set
Botanical Wings Die
Classic Leaf Die
Everyday Heroes Die
Memento Dye Ink Pad - Espresso Truffle
Moss Green Metallic 3D Stamp Paint
Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit
Art Institute Glue - Dries Clear
Metal Glue Tip - Art Institute
Project Instructions:
Other Products: London Fog Memento Ink Pad, moonlit fog cardstock, silver mirror cardstock, silver hinges, vintage gray lace, needle and thread, rhinestone flourish, rhinestones, silver/rhinestone embellishments, 3d foam squares, sponges, letter stickers, glue dots.
Instructions: This is a 12" x 12" scrapbook layout. You will use the roses paper from the Everyday Heroes Paper Collection as the base of the layout. Fussy cut the "Theres only one like you" lacey piece from paper from the Everyday Heroes Collection. You will only need to use half of this piece. Use the leftover piece as an embellishment on the left-hand side of the layout. Also fussy cut the arrow piece that says "theres only one like you" to use as an embellishment making it point to the picture. Using the newsprint stamp from Everyday hero Newsprint, stamp bits of this in various spots onto the base of the layout using Espresso Truffle ink. Adhere the lacey "Theres Only one like you" banner into place as shown. Cut a few pieces of various colors of paper from the collection - this is a good time to use up scraps - adhere down onto the layout. Die cut one Everyday Heroes die from silver mirror cardstock. Cut this die cut in half and use at the top and bottom of the photo. Stamp the Botanical Roses stamp onto the light blue patterned paper from the Everyday Heroes Collection 4 times and die cut using the matching die. Using the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, shape all the flowers and layer together to form - 1 large, 2 medium, 2 small and 1 smallest flowers. Stamp the Open Leaf stamp onto some fog cardstock using London Fog ink and die cut with matching die. Use the flower shaping kit and give the leaves some dimension. Apply Moss Green Metallic stamp paint to all leaves. Using a needle and thread, create a rosette from vintage lace that is slightly bigger than the flower. This will give your flowers a lacey "nest" to sit on when place on the layout. Adhere all flowers, leaves and flower centers into place using glue dots and 3d foam squares. Adhere hinges into place adding rhinestones where shown in picture. Add rhinestone flourishes to finish layout.

Debbie, this is soooo beautiful! I love your flowers and the centres that you've used! You've done a wonderful job showcasing this collection in a feminine way! (I have to say that the paper you've used is one of my favorite from the collection and I haven't been able to cut into it! LOL It's one of those that will sit for the perfect project!)
Hugs,
Tracey
