Hello friends! I am so happy to tell you that I have been chosen to be a guest designer for Our Daily Bread Designs for the month of October. So every Wednesday in October be sure to check my blog for my latest project using some wonderful stamps, dies and papers from Our Daily Bread Designs.
As part of this guest designer gig, I got to pick out some really wonderful products from Our Daily Bread Designs. I absolutely fell in love with the September release.......a doily stamp and matching die, beautiful papers and other wonderful stamps! Here is my first project ......
This card measures 5x7". The base of the card is made from Kraft cardstock. I layered some of the Soulful Stiches papers onto a piece of ivory cardstock. I distressed the edges of all the papers and sponged on some distress ink before adhereing them together. I stamped the Victoria stamp onto some ivory cardstock and colored it with my copic markers then fussy cut. I cut/embossed the doily die in two ways....first I die cut the big doily without cutting out the center, second I die cut just the center. There are all kinds of looks you can achieve with this one doily die!! I sponged around the edges of these die cuts, too. I added some Petaloo flowers and some twine plus some cream pearls. I also added some lace and seam binding from my stash. Here is a close-up!
See what I mean? Just lovely stamps, dies and papers to play with.......you can see the whole September release HERE.
Can't wait to show you the other projects I have created with these supplies. Be sure to check back! Thanks for stopping by today!
