Some Vintage Summer Projects to Share

Hello Friends! Hope your week is going well.  Where I live the feel of fall is definitely in the air with some nippy mornings and cool afternoons.  That is why I looked forward to creating some projects that reminded me of summer.  Today I have two projects for Scraptownlady to share with you using Little Yellow Bicycle Vintage Summer Collection - both the 12 x 12 papers and the 6x6 paper pad.  Here is a scrapbook page I created with both sizes of paper.

To create this scrapbook pages, I used a 12 x 12 paper from the Vintage Summer collection.  For all the other layers, I used the 6x6 Vintage Summer paper pad.  Sometimes its nice to just purchase the 6x6 or 8x8 sized paper pads because they don't take up much room and are easier to use when making cards.  But as you can see here, the smaller size papers do still work for layouts!

Here is my second project using this same paper line and a cut file from my Silhouette.  

 

I don't normally use stickers so I found this a fast and easy way to complete a great card!  Hope you have enjoyed my projects and I gave you some ideas on how to use 6x6 paper in other ways besides card making!

Debbie, these are both wonderful! I love the bright, vivid colors, and your DD is simply gorgeous! Your card makes me think of a country fair! Love it!
