Hello Friends!
Hope your week is going well. Today I have a fun and flirty card to share with you. I used a really pretty color combo that is quickly becoming a favorite of mine!
This card measures 5 1/4 x 5 1/4" square. When I cut the dotted patterned paper to fit the front of the card base, I had two strips left. So I used the opposite side of the two strips at the bottom of the card. (I hate waste don't you?) I stamped the Daisy Bouquet image onto ivory cardstock using Rich Cocoa Memento ink and colored it with Distress Markers. After coloring, I cut/embossed the image using a rectangle die. I layered the flowers onto some teal patterned paper that I cut/embossed using Labels 23. I stamped the Love & You onto ivory cardstock using purple ink and then cut them out.
I added some white seam binding and attached everything with foam squares. I just love this color combo! What do you think?
Hope you are having a great week! Tomorrow starts a new month, can you believe that? I am really kinda glad to see the last of July. Now its time to look forward to all my girls going back to school. I will have some more things to share later in the week! Talk to you soon.
