Hello friends! Hope you are having a fantastic week! So far so good here at our house! This weekend is Graduation for some of my daughter's friends. Today I had a few minutes to create something just for this occasion!
Yes I dusted off my Copic Markers. It has been so long since I colored anything that the markers did actually have dust on them! LOL I stamped the Inked Poppy image using Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto some Simply Smooth Ivory cardstock. After I colored the image, I cut/embossed using Labels Twenty Three from Spellbinders® Paper Arts. I used some new patterned paper from KaiserCraft called Remember Me. It's full of poppies and lovely colors! The red seam binding ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I stamped the sentiment - Take Time To Dream - at the bottom of the card using Tuxedo Black Memento ink. This card measures 5 1/4 x 5 1/4" square from Kraft cardstock.
I think any one would love the get this card, don't you? This past weekend, I demo'd Spellbinders Paper Arts at the Michael's in South County. I had so much fun showing all the wonderful things you can cut/emboss and stencil to all the customers! Be sure to check out the new Spellbinders On The Road blog to see if someone is coming to your local Michael's!! (The links aren't working for me right now....will add them later)!
Oh, my goodness - this is just gorgeous, Deb! Glad you took your feather duster to those Copics! Can't wait to see more coloring :) Hope you are well...
