Wow, can you believe it's December already? Time has just flown by with all the band, choir, music lessons and school committments my girls have had in the past couple of weeks. Plus there are more to come! It just never stops, doesn it? Well, I haven't put up my Christmas tree yet but I am thinking about it.
I am sure that you are feverishly making your Christmas projects and maybe your are tired of the same old color combos? That is why I I have been wanting to tell you about the December Posh Paper Kit from Discount Cardstock. Here is what you get!
Cool color combos with matching buttons, gems, rub-ons and ribbons. This is a seriously fun kit and it has sparked my creative juices so much! Here is just one of the projects I made using this kit.
The tree image & Joy sentiment are from the Bo Bunny Winter Joy Rub-ons that come in the kit. The base of my 5 1/4 x 5 1/4" square card is made from Posh Aquamarine Dungaree. I used some of the Violet Sorbet and the Brilliant White #110 for my other layers. The snowflake is from the Create A Flake 2 set of dies from Spellbinders. The gems and ribbon came with the kit, too! There is just so much to love about this monthly kit club. One of the things I love best is that the cardstock is very high-quality and comes in a variety of textures. Textured cardstock is new for me and I really like how you can try a few sheets to see what you think. I will have more projects to share using this kit. I have made a bunch more projects and can't wait to share them with you in the coming weeks.
Be sure to check back tomorrow for the First Annual Scrap-mart Blog hop. There are 31 fantastic designers participating and I know there will be awesome projects! See ya!
Love your color choice .. just so bright and cheery.
