Hope you are having a great weekend! My friend, Kim, is a Stampin' Up! demo and I went to her monthly stamping class yesterday. It was so fun. Plus it got some of my creative juices flowing. Here is a card I made based on one of the cards we made at Kim's class. I used some new Papertrey Ink stamps and dies that another Stamping Sister, Elizabeth, got for me at the CHA Supershow. Fun!
I used Not Quite Navy and Crumb Cake ink for this card. I have to say that the new color - Crumb Cake - from Stampin' Up! is super nice! Just love it!. Of course, I used my favorite stuff, too. I used Labels 12 Nestabilities for the sentiment and some organdy ribbon plus a pearl sticker in the middle of the flower. This card is just for fun. I don't take enough time to stamp for fun anymore and I have to start!
Also I have some cool stuff going on this week on my blog. DRS Designs is having a Blog Hop Scavenger Hunt that starts on August 17. Click on the logo below for all the details! See ya tomorrow!
Your card is awesome. May I ask what the name of the die set is that you used for the petals on the flower? Wonderful Debbie!
