Hello friends. So today is October 1. That usually means it's fall and the weather is cooler and the leaves are blowing. Except for this year, the high is supposed to be in the 90's today and the leaves haven't really even started to change here in Missouri yet. It's really weird but kinda nice, too. We spent alot of this past weekend outside enjoying the weather. I am going to keep enjoying this nice weather because I have a feeling that this winter is going to be brutal.
Today I have two cards to share with you that I created with some new stuff from Crafter's Companion called Butterfly Dimensionals. There is one stamp set with a set of matching dies, 3d embossing folder plus another set of dies that are just butterflies!
As you can see for this card I used the embossing folder on some Pearl Ivory Shimmering Cardstock. This cardstock embosses really well and the shimmering cardstock looks so pretty, too. I stamped and heat embossed the large butterfly. Then I die cut the small flowers and added some pearls to the center of them.
For this card, I used two butterfly dies from the set that don't die cut all the way out. You can snip them once you die cut or you can leave them to pop off the page like I did here. The flower border is included in the butterfly dies set.
I love how these cards turned out. You can see more projects and purchase these products on HSN (Home Shopping Network) on October 9, 2018 during the Crafter's Companion segments! I will keep you posted on times as soon as I know!
Thanks for stopping by today!
