Hello friends. I really thought that once school started, I would be posting on my blog more often but that just hasn't been the case. Sorry about that.....but Thank You so much for sticking with me and checking things out when I do post! We had a milestone birthday in our house last week. My youngest daughter turned 18 years old and we partied all week. LOL Not really but her older sisters came home, her friends came over, we went out to her favorite place and had dinner. It was awesome!
In between getting things ready for a labor day party, birthday party and just live, I had some time to create a few cards using some new Christmas items being released by Crafter's Companion today (9/11). I really love these two stamps with matching edge dies. They are really unique and easy to work with!
For this card, I used the Snowflakes stamp & die set from the Christmas Spirit bundle (available on HSN - Home Shopping Network) on 9/11/18. I heat embossed the image using the Glistening Silver embossing powder from the Winter Wonderland Collection. The sentiment is from the Christmas Sentimentals 1 die set. I used some matte luxury cardstock for the base and behind the sentiment.
This is the stockings stamp set from the Christmas Gifts bundle. Each set includes a stamp and two edge dies. You can die cut the image completely out or just die cut one or the other edge. Here is die cut the edge of the stockings and then I used the other edge die to die cut the gold mirror cardstock to reveal the stockings. I love how this turned out!
Thanks for stopping by today! I do have more projects to share a couple more Christmas projects and a couple just regular everyday cards!
