Hello friends! Have you gotten bit by the foiling bug? If you are like me, probably not. It's kinda an expensive bug! Special machines and other supplies can really add up to some serious money if you want to really foil your projects. Well, I got a package from Crafter's Companion the other day. Included in the package was the new Foil Transfers that Sara Davies demonstrated on HSN a few weeks ago. They are super simple to use, require no special tools and are really affordable!
Here is a project I created using these new foil transfers!
These foil transfer are used just like rub-ons. You choose the transfer you want, cut it out and remove the plastic backing. Place the transfer onto the paper and rub with a Popsicle stick. After rubbing the transfer onto the cardstock, place a piece of the foil over it and lightly rub again. You will slowly see the foil start to stick to the transfer. Ta Da! There are two foil transfer sets and they include a couple of sheets of sentiments plus all kinds of different swirls and flourishes. Here is a closer look at the project. The foil transfers are the sentiment and the butterfly!! You can purchase the foil transfers from Crafter's Companion on HSN right now (link down below) but I am sure they will be on the Crafter's Companion website in a few short weeks.
