What do you do with all those scraps you have left over after completing a project. Sometimes I have the biggest pile after working on a bunch of projects so I challenged myself to use them up. Here is what my scrapbox looks like. Its nothing special and it sits on the floor right next to my table so I can look and see what is available.
As you can see my scraps include die cuts I didn't use, patterned paper scraps and even some bling. Here is a better look at what is in there.
Whenever I get a new set of die templates, I cut/emboss them using some of the scraps from this box. Then I just put the die cuts into the box to use later. This really comes in handy. As you will see, I used a bunch of these die cuts on my scrapbook page.
I used the LF-015 Grand Decorative Circles One die cuts that I had in the box. The sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 Kraft cardstock was embossed using the EG-003 Garden Lattice M-Bossabilities™. This M-Bossabilities™ folder is 8 1/4 x 11 3/4" so it embosses the whole sheet in one pass! Its awesome!! The flowers were already made and just waiting to be used. I always make a bunch of flowers at a time, that way when I want some they are all ready for me. Both of these flowers were made using the new S4-370 Blossom Five. The flourish bling was cut in two parts so that it stretches across the page.
Here are a few close-ups.
Well I hope I have given you some time saving ideas plus to show you not to let all those scraps go to waste. Here is a list of the supplies I used!
