Today a scrapbook layout that I made for Spellbinders™ Paper Arts is highlighted on the Scrapbook Trends blog. Its a scrapbook layout I made using a picture of my middle daughter, Caitlyn. I even cut apart an Impressabilities to use as embellishments on my layout! You should go check it out!
Here is a card I made for St. Patrick's Day! The stamps are from DRS Designs and they were just released!
For this card I used the Everything Irish image. I stamped the image and colored everything in using Copic Markers but I did highlight the pot of gold using a white gel pen. I positioned the Classic Oval Lg. Nestabilities™ over my image and cut/embossed it using the Wizard™. When I do this, I just use a piece of repositionable tape to hold the die in place. Works like a charm!! LOL The sentiment Smiling Irish Eyes Greeting is layered onto a Fancy Tags die and I then carefully trimmed around the embossed outline and layered it onto a Fancy Tags die cut from black cardstock. I added the ribbon and brads to finish up the card! It's fun, isn't it?
I hope you are having a great week!
