Wow, this week is just flying by! It seems like we have weathered the first wave of illness in the house with the results of 3 sick, 2 not sick. I am going to keep reminding myself that its not over yet! Yikes! Today is my day to blog on for DRS Designs. I have two cards up on the DRS blog today and I will share my favorite with you here!
Isn't this scarecrow cute? He is called Split Scarecrow and I colored him in using my Stampin' Up! markers and then cut/embossed using the Petite Classic Ovals Lg. #5 Nestabilities™ from Spellbinders&trade. I mounted the oval onto a Pumpkins Nestabilites™ (only available until 11/30). I stamped the Thanksgiving Arc onto my cream cardstock and then cut/emboss it using my Circle Nestabilities. Because this sentiment arc is mounted onto EZ Mount, you can play around with the arc a bit and make it work for alot of shapes! The background layer is Always Artichoke cardstock stamped with the 3 Leaf Background using Always Artichoke Ink. I also cut/embossed the bottom detail using the Harvest Border Petites Borderabilities™.
I have made a few more cards using this great Scarecrow image and I will share them tomorrow! Hope you have a great Thursday!
