Here are a couple of cards I made using that great Split Scarecrow image from DRS Designs.
For this card, I used some scraps of patterned paper I had in the scrapbox. I think these are Crate Papers but I am not for sure. I decided that the Scarecrow needed to be a girl so I put some rosy cheeks on her. I know these are traditional Thanksgiving colors but I really like them!
Supplies Used: Split Scarecrow and Small Happy Thanksgiving stamps from DRS Designs; Cardstock and patterned paper from a Taylored Expressions Key Ingredient kit!; button, twine and 3D Foam squares.
Here is another card I made using a similar color scheme.
I used the same stamps and patterned paper but I added some Really Rust cardstock. Plus that ribbon is the last scrap I have! Love that and it ties so beautifully.
Well I hope you like these cards. I went for a non-traditional kind of color scheme but I am happy with them! Have a great weekend. Oh yeah, if you live in the St. Louis area, come and see me at The Ink Spot in Kirkwood, MO saturday morning from 10:30 am - 11:45 am. I am giving a demo using my Spellbinders stuff and some JustRite Stampers! Its will be lots of fun!
