So if you like seeing my Heartfelt Creations projects every Wednesday, please go and vote for me to continue on the team. You can read all about the design team call and the voting on this blog post on the Heartfelt Creations blog. Thanks for voting for me!!
This Wednesday, Heartfelt Creations is releasing a new collection, Sunrise Lily Collection. It's everything you love about Heartfelt Creations! Rich and regal in appearance, along with a divine fragrant beauty and ornamental trumpet shaped blossom makes the lily flower a well known garden variety and a sure sign that spring has sprung. As the title of this assemblage suggests, it is filled with the romantic hues of a beautiful sunrise or sunset...glorious shades of pinks, oranges, and yellows which also reflect the stunning color palette of the lily blossoms as they appear in the gardens themselves. Ravishing shades of greens, creams and whites bring a crispness and a breath of fresh air just as the spring season itself. Patterned papers reveal regal ornamental iron like scroll work, dainty lace elements and lovely vintage like floral details. Beautiful imagery of lily filled vases, pretty flower adorned garden hats and luscious floral bouquets grace varying sized card panels, scrapbook layouts and embellishment tags, and are replicated in five sets of delicately detailed stamp illustrations. The crowning glory to the collection itself is the dimensional lily flower that will add a touch of reality to each of your springtime creations. So, chase away those winter blues brought on by old man winter, combat spring fever by filling your creative space with a touch of splendor as you begin creating with the Sunrise Lily Collection for the upcoming spring and Easter season.
Here is my project using the Sunrise Lily Collection!

Finished size of project – 8 1/2 x 6 1/2".
To begin, paint the filigree wood frame with the pink acrylic paint and allow to dry completely. Paint the dry frame with Picket Fence Crackle paint and allow to dry completely. Once the crackle paint is dry, use a sponge and rub some Toffee Crunch ink all over to bring out the crackle look. Using the Art Glitter Dries Clear glue and a paint brush, apply the Gold Gilding Flakes to the frame. Once this is dry, use a dry paint brush to remove excess gilding flakes. Cut a piece of corrugated cardboard to 4 1/4 x 6 3/8”. Cut a card panel from the paper collection and adhere to the corrugated cardboard. Apply foam tape to the back of the frame and adhere to the card panel. This will give some dimension to the project. Stamp the Sunrise Lily stamp set onto white cardstock and die cut with the matching die. Stamp the Classic Leaf stamp set using olive ink onto green patterned paper and die cut using the matching die. Color the flowers using sponge daubers and inks noted above. Shape the lilies using the Deluxe Flower Shaping kit and adhere together. Add some gold glitter to the middle of the flowers. Using a hot glue gun, adhere some cheesecloth to the bottom left corner and top right corner of frame. Adhere the leaves into place at both corners. Adhere the flowers into place as shown. Add some green flower wire and rhinestone embellishments as shown. Adhere the sentiment into place to complete the project.
